Now that you and your leadership team have gone through the first two Signposts, you are ready for the next step in your community of faith's pathway to change – Signpost #3: Travelling Companions. This Signpost's theme is Community and Partnerships.

Communities of faith that are ready for Signpost #3 are excited! They want to:

  • Say ‘yes’ to new relationships.
  • Hear new ideas from new voices.
  • Create new relationships, have conversations, and hear peoples’ stories.

Use this Signpost to learn how to form deep, authentic relationships with the people in your neighborhood and to form partnerships that help meet community needs.
