Now that you and your leadership team have gone through Signpost #1 - You Are Here: Help!, are you wondering about the next step in your community of faith's pathway to change?

• Communities of faith that are ready for Signpost #2 - Getting Ready for the Journey:
• Have a leadership team of at least three people who are committed to taking the next steps on the journey.
• Have at least a few people within the community of faith who can tell stories about the forces or trends that are pushing your community to journey toward a different future.
• Are beginning to glimpse a different future than previously dreamed for the faith community.
• Recognize that current 'maps' will not move the community of faith into that different future.
• Seek help to navigate the uncharted territory that lies ahead.
