Finding Your Place on the Map

Communities of faith facing challenges or barriers often can't see how to best proceed While focusing on the problem currently affecting your community of faith the most might seem like the obvious way to move forward, that problem might just be an indicator of larger problems that need addressing.

This course is designed to help communities of faith address issues by starting a change journey. You will find a series of activities to help you

• Assess your current situation
• Articulate your story
• Identify and orient the team that will work together on this journey
• Recognize that what you are experiencing is part of a larger shift
• Begin to identify both the underlying issues and the shifts that are needed for the journey

"Finding Your Place on the Map" is the first of EDGE's "Signposts", but can be taken at any point in the series or as a stand-alone course.

Class Structure:
Individual Study: 5 hours
